OBJECTIVE: Staff photography for use in an internal staff engagement campaign entitled ‘Be the Difference’.
DELIVERABLES: A set of candid staff imagery.
RATIONALE: I wanted to capture natural, candid shots reflecting the diversity within the team and the breadth of roles within the 600 strong business. Using a 200mm f2.8 lens, I was able to keep far enough away so the subject was unaware they were being photographed.
INVOLVEMENT: Client management, onsite photography, second photographer management and oversee post production.
